Practical Information on Fee Payment, Travel , Hotels and Covid regulations

Important Notice: at the moment the Conservatorio in Vigo can host up to 90 participants, therefore we will accept registrations until the maximum capacity is reached.

Hard/fix deadline for Registration and Payment:

31^st August 2021

Participation fees can be paid in the following ways:

Manual Payment by Bank Transfer before the event (preferable)
Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal and Bankcontact Systems Online at the end of the registration process
Payment by card on the spot in Vigo

There is no early bird fee this year. All registrations and payments need to be done by 31^st August 2021.

The system will send you an invoice automatically. Please make sure to include in your registration form all the information you need to appear on the invoice.

N.B: Please note that each single participants is required to register to the event by filling in the registration form by 31^st August.

After this date registrations will not be accepted neither for the online sessions nor for the in-person event in Vigo

The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after August 31st

Participation Categories

1) In – Person Participation in Vigo AND attendance to the online sessions on 3, 13 and 24 September

170 euro – covering 1 representative of an AEC member institution, including networking trip to the Cies Islands on Friday afternoon (+ 50 euros for the pre-conference workshop on Inclusion by Anne Adeniji in Vigo)

2) Online Participation ONLY – attendance to the online sessions on 3, 13 and 24 September + remote attendance of selected online and streamed sessions taking place in Vigo:

170 euro – covering up to 5 representatives from the same AEC member institution institution

NB: if travel or gathering restrictions will make it impossible to organize a presential event in Vigo, the in-person participation will be automatically converted in an online one and 4 more representatives of the same institutions will be able to register to the event.
