AEC Newsletter February 2020
 
Congratulations to MusiQuE on its achievements
I would like to dedicate this February newsletter to our partner organisation MusiQuE - Music Quality Enhancement, which has just been visited by an external review panel. MusiQuE is carrying out an increasing number of institutional and programme reviews within our membership and complements AEC in its work for quality enhancement in higher music education in Europe and beyond. Both organisations have recently produced a cooperation paper to explain this complementarity and clarify their joint work.
Congratulations to MusiQuE for five successful years as a European external evaluation agency for music. We hope that its registration on the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education EQAR will be renewed as a result of the evaluation process!

Updates on AEC advocacy activities

MusiQuE visited by an external Review Panel on 10-11 February

In order to renew its registration on the EQAR, MusiQuE is undergoing an external evaluation process and being assessed against the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area.
