Job offer

With a reputation for innovation and forward-thinking, and as the UK’s only conservatoire of music, musical theatre and contemporary dance, Trinity Laban is internationally recognised as being at the fore front of training in our art forms.

This is an exciting time to join Trinity Laban. We have plans to transform our outstanding campus, and significantly grow philanthropic income and engagement to nurture the creative talent within our diverse community.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs, you will lead a small and motivated development team. Working closely with Board members, volunteers and the senior team to give leadership in philanthropy at Trinity Laban, you will have a key role in achieving ambitious fundraising targets.

You are confident in your ability to operate at this strategic level and have substantial experience of working with philanthropists and other partners to build sustainable income. To succeed in this role, you will be an inclusive and collaborative leader with experience of motivating teams, and your entrepreneurial and driving spirit helps you to achieve outstanding results.

Your approachable manner will help you quickly gain the trust of those around you and inspire donors to support Trinity Laban and our work in developing outstanding creative talent.

As an equal opportunity employer, we positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
