The participants enjoyed the opportunity of working together within individual and ensemble training sessions and applied workshops on improvisation, ornamentics and artistic management with prestigious personalities, such as Pascal Bertin, Robin Blaze, Fajo Jansen (Den Haag Royal Conservatoire), Chariklia Apostolu, Regina Himmelbauer (Joseph Haydn Konservatorium Eisenstadt), Terrell Stone (Arrigo Pedrollo Conservatorio di Musica di Vicenza), Francesco Baroni, Alessandro Ciccolini (Arrigo Boito Conservatorio di Musica di Parma), Dan Dediu, Nicolae Gheorghita (National University of Music Bucharest), Grigore Cudalbu (National Choir Association), Alexandra Solea (Fondazione Italiana per la Musica Antica). The Intensive Programme has been evaluated by the AEC expert, Claire Michon.
The particularity of this Intensive Programme consisted into combining early music scores with contemporary ones, influenced by the stylistic patterns of those first. The challenge was very appreciated both by the students and the teachers and the result was really interesting and rewarding.
Two main concerts of the newly formed VOXearlyMUS ensemble took place in the Arnold Schoenbergsaal from Den Haag Royal Conservatoire. More details about the participants and the 3rd Intensive Programme could be found on the project’s website: www.voxearlymus.unmb.ro and on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/VOXearlyMUS/
