Guildhall Coaching Associates have just opened the registrations for the online Coaching and Mentoring Spring/Summer courses. These courses seek to offer a complete learning experience by combining academic teaching with a practical-oriented component. The courses are accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and offered throughout the year.
Core Skills in Coaching for Advisors, Mentors and Teachers
These courses are aimed at and tailored to staff who work as advisors, teachers and mentors and consist of four half-days and one full-day seminar session. The program will provide participants with a variety of tools to integrate coaching skills into their workplace and to develop new ways of working with clients, colleagues and students and become a proficient coach.
Core Skills in Coaching for Leaders & Managers
Through a mixture of theoretical and practical learning, this program will empower participants to ask powerful questions that create new thinking and give feedback that is heard and acted upon – developing employees and creating a culture of positive engagement in their organizations. The lessons are taught in small groups and include a one-to-one coaching session with one of the course tutors.
Specialist Pathway for Executive Coaches
This foundation course training is intended for Senior Executives wanting to make a step change in their career into Executive Coaching. The program will combine online training with two in person sessions at the British Psychological Society.
