The European Alliance for Culture and the Arts is an initiative that gathers 27 European organisations from various cultural sectors and a number of national associations as well as individuals with the aim to call EU policy makers and national governments to re-think the European approach and put culture at the forefront of their common project.
AEC, as an official partner of the Alliance, endorses the following Statement on the Post-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework: Call for a substantial and meaningful support for culture and the arts as generators of an EU added value. Through this statement, European Alliance for Culture and the Arts calls on the European institutions and Members States to ensure substantial support for culture, the arts and heritage within the post-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF).
