The MusiQuE Conference and 10th Anniversary Celebration will take place on 2nd October 2024 (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) at the University Foundation in Brussels.
The event will reflect on MusiQuE’s journey over the past decade, celebrate its achievements, and will bring participants to collectively envision and shape the future of quality enhancement in higher music education. The MusiQuE Conference will feature presentations and panel discussions with representatives from MusiQuE, music education institutions, and the quality assurance sector. Key sessions will include:
- MusiQuE’s impact on the sector and plans for the future
- Quality enhancement in higher music education institutions
- Building Quality Culture from peer to peer – what does the peer-review system take and what does it brings
- Policy developments: towards a shared vision for Quality in the European HE Area
The conference is intended for representatives of higher music education institutions responsible for or dealing with quality assurance, students, as well as representatives of music schools and organisations from the music professions with a general interest in quality assurance and accreditation in conservatoires.
