Within the framework of the European project NEWS IN MAP (Erasmus+ Strategic partnership New Employability within self-leadership in Music Academic Programs) we are carrying out a preparatory research in order to identify international standards in leadership.
This project aims at sharing current practices and ideas for the future on how to tackle the challenges of self-leadership, internationalization and innovation in music employability within our study programmes with the goal to achieve internationally inspired curriculum development.
