AEC response to the communication from the European Commission on the role of universities in the Europe of Knowledge

The AEC welcomes the Commission Communication on the on the future role of universities in the European context, and adds several remarks on the value of music training  for the economic, social and cultural development of the "Europe of Knowledge".
