The Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music has always been the beacon in educating and promoting culture, specifically music in Lebanon for many decades.

One of its main assets in promoting and making high level music accessible to the Lebanese public has been the Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra which was established in 1999.

Since its establishment, the LPO has performed in all the major festivals in Lebanon including the Baalbeck International Festival, Byblos International Festival, Beiteddine Art Festival, Zouk Mikael International Festival, Al Bustan Festival among others.

The role of the Conservatory in the field of musical education and promoting culture in the Lebanese society has been of great importance since its creation in the 1920’s. Today, the Conservatory has more than 5000 students and has eighteen branches across Lebanon.
