Teacher Piano

(0,12 FTE / 4,32 hours per week)

About the position:

The Piano Teacher teaches in the following domains of the Classical Piano Department:

main subject lessons to HMD students, methodology and internship lessons to undergraduate students.

The Candidate:

Our ideal candidate holds a Master's degree or equivalent, has an affinity for methodology and pedagogy, and a vision for teaching methods.

The preference goes to a candidate with a flourishing teaching practice and a large network, who has an inquisitive attitude and contributes to the musical diversity within the environment of Codarts. In addition you have to be flexible to be present at internships.

Specifically for the main subject lessons to the students HMD, it is important that you are able to train students of the level 'talent class music school' with basic pianistic and musical skills to the level of admission for the bachelor.

What we offer

• In accordance with the CAO HBO scale 11 (depending on education, experience and age, min. € 3.522,22 and max. € 5.127,39);

• Conditions of employment in accordance with the CAO HBO, which include a favourable leave arrangement, a year-end bonus, a bicycle plan, a pension scheme (ABP), study facilities, and a collective health insurance;

• Employment for a period of 1 year, with the prospect of extension.
