AEC Goes Green Working Group Open Call for New Members
Are you interested in sustainability and green topics? Would you like to or have you already been active in raising awareness on the importance of the green shift in (music) education and practice? How about exploring links between sustainability and music & arts?
If the answer to any of the above questions is YES, then join us!
AEC Goes Green Working Group of AEC – Empowering Artists as Makers in Society Creative Europe project (AEC-ARTEMIS, 2022-2025) wishes to encourage all AEC member institutions to suggest candidates – staff members and students, having a great interest, experience and/or expertise in development and implementation of green and sustainability practices in higher music education to apply for joining the AEC Goes Green Working Group.
Applications should be sent out by email to the AEC Office: applications@aec-music.eu by 20 May 2023 at the latest.

AEC Goes Green Working Group is dedicated to providing AEC members with inspiration and insight to make the sector more sustainable and environment-friendly. Its work includes reflecting on the needs of the sector, along with collecting and sharing the practices and ideas within and outside the AEC membership on how HMEIs can make their daily work and the entire music sector more sustainable. In the frame of the ARTEMIS project, the AEC Goes Green Working Group will provide guidelines and recommendations for HME institutions on how to operate in a more sustainable manner and how to raise awareness on ecological and environmental matters.
