The AEC International Relations Coordinators (IRC) Working Group invites all international relations coordinators from AEC member institutions to participate in an important community survey.
The purpose of this survey is to gather insights and best practices from international offices in the following areas:
- The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in international offices
- The organisation and implementation of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs)
- Projects and cooperation initiatives beyond Europe
The survey also seeks to collect examples, priorities, and suggestions on these topics to help shape and enrich the programme of the AEC Annual Meeting for International Relations Coordinators – IRC Meeting 2026 in Trento, Italy (2-5 September). During the meeting, findings and best practice examples will be shared with the entire IRC community.
Completing the survey requires one response per institution, and the time needed may vary depending on the number of examples you wish to share.
The deadline for filling in the survey is 2 April 2026.
Your input is valuable in strengthening the AEC IRC community and ensuring that the AEC IRC Meeting 2026 reflects the experiences, needs, and goals of international offices across Europe and beyond.
