As in previous years, AEC offers a discount to the members paying their membership fee early in the year. A membership fee invoice with a 5% discount has been sent out in January 2022 to all AEC member institutions and applies to payments received before 1st April.
We are soon approaching the deadline, and we would like to remind you about the possibility of making use of the above-mentioned discount. On the invoice, you will see two figures: an ‘early bird’ rate for fees received before 1st April 2022, and a full rate for fees received after 1st April 2022. We hope that you will be able to take advantage of the ‘early bird’ rate.
If you are unable to pay by 1st April, please note that the higher figure will apply, and that the invoice must be paid by 31st October at the latest, right before the General Assembly 2022, as stipulated in the AEC statutes.
Finally, we kindly remind you that the AEC membership fee invoice for 2022 was sent out to all AEC member institutions on Monday 17th January.
