Festival Ljubljana, an internationally recognized festival member of various international associations, will host its first International Piano Competition, from 25 February until 4 March 2023, under the artistic direction of the acclaimed musician Epifanio Comis.
The competition, open to highly skilled pianists of all nationalities, born between 1992 and 2006, aims to provide young talents with a path to become top musicians and an opportunity to present themselves to the broader public. The first six finalists will receive cash prizes!
The president of the jury will be the first lady of Slovenian piano playing, Dubravka Tomšič Srebotnjak.
