MusiQuE – Music Quality Enhancement, the Foundation for Quality Enhancement and Accreditation in Higher Music Education has been very active in the last months.
MusiQuE is currently coordinating and/or preparing several quality enhancement and accreditation procedures in Kazakhstan, Thailand, Estonia, Portugal, Spain and Belgium.
These procedures include:
- An accreditation of 36 programmes (including 19 music programmes and 17 visual arts programmes), at the Kazakh National University of Arts in Astana, in cooperation with EQ-Arts)
- An institutional quality enhancement review of the College of Music, Mahidol University in Bangkok
- An accreditation of 12 programmes at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in Tallinn
- An accreditation of 3 programmes at the Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa
- An institutional quality enhancement review of the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid (2018)
- Reviews of several programmes at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp and the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (2018).
