The LOST MUSIC project was officially launched at the project’s kick-off meeting on 4 October 2022 in Forlí, Italy.
LOST MUSIC is a cooperation project co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Commission which aims at responding to the needs and challenges of local classical music orchestras, bringing innovation into this field and providing citizens access to re-discover their culture through music and history.
The partners, which have in common a very strong link with their recent historical past, will identify abandoned and “lost” places in Bulgaria, Spain and Italy that can be revived by using them as the ideal scenario to create a thread binding music, heritage and history.
The project, coordinated by Forli’ Musica (Italy) is joined by the following partners:
- Municipality of Dimitrovgrad (Bulgaria)
- Provincial Council of Alicante (Spain)
- AEC – Association Européenne des Conservatoires (Belgium)
Detailed information about the project and its activities will be published on the LOST MUSIC webpage.
