EASY MO continues to serve as a key digital tool for Higher Music and Arts Education Institution for managing Erasmus+ mobility processes, including applications, learning agreements and  – from this year – short mobilities and BIPs. The newly appointed Task Force will further support institutions in streamlining mobility workflows and enhancing international cooperation by improving the system and working towards the full coverage of the Erasmus mobility types in the system

Workshop

In addition, a practical hands-on workshop on EASY MO recently took place at the Conservatorio Luca Marenzio in  Brescia (IartNet event, 29-31 January 2026), offering to the representative of 24 EASY MO internal institutions who took part in the event in-depth guidance on system functionalities. Furthermore, the recording of the EASY Online Consultation held on 21 November, during which the system settings were explained in detail, is available upon request.
