AEC is proud to announce new project partnership within the Creative Europe – Culture programme funding: ECMA PRO – International career development and socially engaged outreach in chamber music.
The general aim of the ECMA PRO project is to support young ensembles in the development of their international careers and develop new performance formats. Project means enhancing development of the already existing set up of ECMA (European chamber music Academy) and its sessions.
The project will feature various activities such as: workshops on career skills, showcases, workshops for musicians on how to engage with new audiences and how to innovate a traditional concert formats within a regular venue.
ECMA PRO will be led by the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and its consortium is composed of the following partners:

The application of this project was written and coordinated by the AEC in collaboration with the working group created for this purpose. The AEC’s role and responsibilities within this project are related to the communication and dissemination of the project outcomes and activities.
