Open Call for the Fames Seminar #4 Part I
FAME’S European Orchestral Performing Institute presents Seminar #4 Part I, an opportunity exclusively for string instrumentalists.
Join from July 7th to 27th 2023 in Skopje, Macedonia.
This seminar offers two captivating masterclasses:
- Classical Music Masterclass
- Media Music Masterclass
In the seminar, you will:
- Explore a diverse blend of repertoire by Western and non-western music composers.
- Develop new technical skills and a sense of style required for music inspired by different cultures.
- Learn repertoire for string orchestra and solo performances.
- Engage in chamber groups, masterclasses, and workshops focused on music entrepreneurship.
- Receive guidance from renowned concert violinist Irina Muresanu.
- Showcase your talent in public performances held in Skopje, Ohrid, and Bucharest.
Opportunity for young string musicians who are:
- aged 16 to 30
- citizens of one of the 27 European Union countries or non-EU participating countries in the Creative Europe Programme
- are fluent in English
Selected applicants will receive Fully Funded Scholarship supported by Creative Europe, including accommodation at FAME’S premises throughout the masterclasses.
