The international conference PopVoxCon 2026 is now inviting submissions for its upcoming edition, dedicated to advancing research, pedagogy, and artistic practice in contemporary popular voice. The event will take place in Vienna from 8-10 September 2026, bringing together voice teachers, performers, researchers, artists, and educators for three days of exchange, collaboration, and innovation.

PopVoxCon aims to foster dialogue between research and practice, encouraging contributions that combine evidence-informed insights with practical application. Topics of interest include pedagogical approaches to popular voice, body and breath work, processes of vocal learning, as well as creativity and performance teaching.

A wide range of submission formats is welcomed, including research presentations, workshops, panel discussions, posters, community sessions, performances, and artist interviews.

The submission deadline is Monday, 20 April 2026.
