Registrations are now open for the AEC European Platform for Artistic Research in Music (EPARM) 2026, which will take place at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo (Norway) on 9 – 11 April 2026.
The sessions of this year’s conference will be focused on:
- Artistic perspectives on climate crisis, the Anthropocene, and the ‘more-than-human’ world
- Improvisation in diverse contexts
- Research co-created with other researchers and artists, with diverse ‘publics’, or with Artificial Intelligence
- Research that explores transdisciplinary, transcultural or transtraditional concerns
- Research that problematises the concepts of interdependence and cooperation and highlights the functions, values, power and relations between solo research work and larger cooperations
