With the Opera out of Opera project, AEC and its partners have been selected for the Fedora Education Prize and, winning, could expand the sphere, reaching more than 3,000 young people.
Fedora Education Prize selects and awards innovative projects in the field of audience development and dissemination of opera to new generations. We are happy to announce that Opera out of Opera has had the maximum quality recognition for its aim to introduce and involve young people to opera with the use of new technologies and smartphone apps. Furthermore, it aims to let young generations closer to the opera by performing it in unusual places, outside the normal opera theatres.
