Due to the current Coronavirus situation in Europe, where the number of cases is raising in several countries and regionst, the IRCs working group has decided to convert the upcoming Annual Meeting for International Relations Coordinators in Vigo from hybrid to a fully online event. The conference will therefore be hosted on Whova and Zoom on 24th and 25th September 2020 while we hope to be able to travel to be Vigo for next year's edition of the meeting.
As a result, the programme has been adjusted to accommmodate all sessions online but still assuring the highest possible level of interactivity. Registration and fee payment are still required for those willing to attend the meeting online. Updated information and registration form can be found on the webpage of the IRCs Meeting 2020. The EASY workshop will take place as a webinar on 1st October.
As now all parallel sessions offered in the programme will take place online and the pre-conference seminars will take place online in separate timeslots, those who have already registered to the event can update their choices by writing to events@aec-music.eu or by filling in a new registration form. The early bird registration deadline is still 31st of August.
