The Orchestra Sinfonica del Conservatorio “Vincenzo Bellini” di Catania will present a special concert at the Wiener Konzerthaus’s Großer Saal on 27 January 2026.
Under the baton of Epifanio Comis, the orchestra will be joined by soprano Nika Gorič in a programme that highlights the bel canto tradition. The evening features Vincenzo Bellini’s Ouverture to Norma, soprano arias drawn from I Capuleti e i Montecchi and Norma, and Ah! Non credea mirarti from La sonnambula.
The programme will present Emanuele Casale’s Festum sine voce / Camp Style, before closing the first half of the concert. After the intermission, the programme culminates in Johannes Brahms’s Symphony No. 1 in C minor, Op. 68.
