The Faculty of Arts of the University of Niš, with the Branch of SASA in NiŠ, is organizing the eighth National scientific conference with international participation – BARTF 2020 on the topic "Art and Culture Today: Innovative Approaches in the Arts" on 9th and 10th October 2020.
Due to the situation caused by the COVID19 virus pandemic, this year's Forum will be held via an online conference, which you can follow live on the Facebook page of the Faculty of Arts in Niš on Friday, 9th October – from 3:30 pm to 8 pm, and on Saturday, 10th October – from 10 am to 14 pm.
The scientific Forum will be officially opened by prof. PhD Dragan Antić, rector of the University of Niš, together with greeting words by Academician Ninoslav D. Stojadinović, President of the Branch of SASA in Niš, prof. PhD Suzana Kostić, dean of the Faculty of Arts in Niš and prof. PhD Danijela Stojanović, the Program Committee President of the Scientific Conference BARTF 2020.
An introductory statement after the Forum opening will be presented by prof. Ira Prodanov, PhD musicologist, Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad. The plenary lecture will be followed by sessions in which the participants will present their works via the Zoom platform.

As part of the artistic program of this year's Forum, Ana Matić, MA, graphic designer, Podgorica, Montenegro and Miloš Zatkalik, MA, composer and theorist, Belgrade, Serbia will present their respective creative opuses on Friday, 9th October 2020, at 7 pm, via the Zoom platform.
