AEC-ELIA Position paper on Creativity and Innovation

In relation to the EU Year on creativity and innovation (2009), the AEC and the European League of Institutes of the Arts (ELIA)  produced a joint paper which includes recommendations to the EU institutions as to how better support mobility and employment in the creative and education sectors.
