AEC Recommendations to the EU Communication on Culture

In this brief paper, the AEC makes some short suggestions on
how the issue of better synergy between education and culture could be articulated in the EU Communication, as a starting point for further work in this area.
In doing so, the question ‘What can culture do for Europe?’ has been taken as an essential point of departure.
