Policy Statement “Towards an International Higher Music Education Area

This paper presents the concludions   of the three years of work of Mundus Musicalis working group, in which the AEC has participated from 2005 2007, on the important subject of  international mobility of students, teachers and professionals in the field of Higher music education. 
The paper presents the conclusions of the working group and makes sugestions to stakeholders about international institutional cooperation.
