INFORMATION ON PARTICIPATION FEES

Deadline for registration and payment: 21^st October 2024

Participation fees can be paid in the following ways:

• Payment by Bank Transfer before the event (preferable)
• Online Payment via Ideal, Credit Card, PayPal and Bancontact Systems Online at the end of the registration process only
• If the above are not possible, payment by card on the spot in Milan (exception)

You will receive an invoice some days after your registration. Please make sure to include in your registration form all the information you need to appear on the invoice.

Please note that you can use your Erasmus funds for the “organisation of mobility” to fund your trip. Should you need to use your STT funds, please contact the international office in Milan at erasmus@consmilano.it.

Participation Categories

1) In – person participation in Milan to the whole Congress – individual fee

o         AEC member institutions – Staff Members: 390 euro per person (+20 euro for pre-congress workshops)

o         AEC member institutions – Students: 120 euro per person ( + 20 euros for pre-congress workshops)

o         Non-AEC member institutions: 550 euros per person (+20 euro for pre-congress workshops)

Registration and payments need to be completed by 21^st October 2024. It is not possible to pay a reduced fee for partial attendance of the event.

2) Online participation – attendance to a selected number of streamed sessions – institutional fee

o         AEC member institutions: 50 euro per institution

o         Non-AEC member institutions: 150 euro per institution

N.B. An unlimited number of online attendees from the same institution can register to the event by paying one online participation fee but each attendee still needs to fill in the registration form individually in order to receive access to the online streaming

Please note that:

– In presence and online participation can be combined: each institution can register and pay for in-person representatives to come to Milan and pay one fee for online participation for other representatives following the Congress remotely

– Several representatives per institution can come to Milan and an unlimited number of participants can attend online, provided that each attendees registers individually by filling the online form

– An additional 20-euro fee applies for participating in the in-presence pre-conference workshops. This fee will be added to the event participation fee during the registration procedure.

• A separate registration procedure applies for the MusiQuE training via the MusiQuE’s website and a separate additional fee applies.

Each single participant (attending either online or in-presence) is required to register to the event by filling in the registration form by 21^st October.

After this date, registrations will not be accepted for the in-person event in Milan.

The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after 28^th October.
