The General Assembly (GA) will take place on Saturday 16 November 2024 from 14:30 to 16:30 CET in Milan and online. All active and associate members are invited to join the meeting, but only the active members can participate in the voting.
The voting procedure will be organised through a platform named OpaVote. If you are coming to Milan, please note that you will need access to the email you registered with to be able to vote.
Deadline for registering is 15 November 2024 (14:00 CET).
Registered eligible participants will receive further information on the morning of Saturday 16 November.
