Information on participation fee

Final deadline for registration and payment: 27 October 2023
Early bird fee deadline: 25 September 2023

Participation fees can be paid in the following ways:

Manual Payment by Bank Transfer before the event (preferable)
Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal and Bankcontact Systems Online at the end of the registration process
Payment by card on the spot in The Hague

You will receive an invoice some days after your registration. Please make sure to include in your registration form all the information you need to appear on the invoice.

Please note that you can use your Eramsus funds for the “organisation of mobility” to fund your trip.

Participation Categories

1) In – person participation in The Hague – individual fee

AEC member institutions
- Early bird fee (registration and payment by 25 September): 350€
- Late fee (registration and payment from 25 September to 27 October): 450€
Students
- Early bird fee (registration and payment by 25 September): 100€
- Late fee (registration and payment from 25 September to 27 October): 150€
Non AEC member institutions
- Early bird fee (registration and payment by 25 September): 500€
- Late fee (registration and payment from 25 September to 27 October): 600€

All registrations and payments need to be done by 27 October 2023

2) Online participation only – attendance to the streamed sessions

AEC member institutions
- Up to 3 participants from the same institution: 150€
Non AEC member institutions
- Up to 3 participants from the same institution: 450€

Please note that:

– In presence and online participation can be combined: each institution can send representatives in-person in The Hague and purchase online packages for other representatives following the Congress remotely

– More than 1 person per institution can come to The Hague and more packages of 3 online participants can be purchased by the same institution

– There won’t be any additional charges for the pre-conference workshops except for MusiQuE (online registration compulsory via MusiQuE’s website).

N.B: Please note that each single participant (attending either online or in-presence) is required to register to the event by filling in the registration form by 27 October

After this date registrations will not be accepted for the in-person event in The Hague

The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after 27 October
