AEC General Assembly 2023
The General Assembly (GA) will take place on Saturday 11 November 2023 from 14:30 to 16:30 CET in the Hague and online. All active and associate members are invited to join the meeting, but it is only the active members who will participate in the voting.
The voting procedure will be organised through a platform named OpaVote. If you are coming to The Hague, please note that you will need access to the email you registered with to be able to vote.
Members joining online will follow the streaming of the General Assembly on Zoom and receive voting links in the Zoom chat.
Deadline for registering is 10 November 2023 (13:00 CET). Registered eligible participants will receive their voting codes and further information on the morning of Saturday 11 November.Please register via the link below:
