Information on Participation Fee
Final deadline for registration and payment: 14th August 2024 at 12:00 CET
After this date registrations will not be accepted
Participation fees can be paid in the following ways:
- Bank Transfer before the event (preferable)
- Online Payment via Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal and Bankcontact Systems Online at the end of the registration process
- Onsite payment by card on the spot in Dublin
Please make sure to include in your registration form all the information you need to appear on the invoice.
Invoices will be sent to participants choosing to pay via bank transfer or onsite by card. Should you need a proof of payment after an online payment, please send your request to events@aec-music.eu
Please note that you can use your Eramsus funds for the “organisation of mobility” to fund your trip.
Participation Categories
– AEC Members: 290 euro per person (+ 20 euro for the optional pre-conference workshop – BIPs or Power Relations – on 5th September)
– Non-AEC Members: 600 euro per person (+ 20 euro for the optional pre-conference workshop – BIPs or Power Relations – on 5th September)
The participation fee includes also the participation to the Networking Activity on Friday.
N.B: Please note that each single participant is required to register to the event individually by filling in the registration form by 14th August.
The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after 28th August.
