Please note that Ireland is not in Schengen, therefore please check which documents are required to travel to Ireland for your nationality, including passports and visa requirements

 

Sustainable Travel and Accommodation

As per the AEC Goes Green policy, participants are strongly encouraged, whenever possible, to reach Dublin by the most sustainable way of transportation in order to reduce the carbon footprint produced by the event and to choose eco-certified hotels. Thank you for helping saving the planet!

Travel Bursaries

Travel bursaries are available for members in need of support. Information are available here.

Maximum grant awarded: 500 euro (maximum 50% of accommodation costs, please read carefully the conditions and requirements)

Application Deadline: 1st of August

Requests should be sent to: events@aec-music.eu and alfonsoguerra@aec-music.eu. Applications not following the requirements will not be taken into consideration

 

Hotels

Please note that hotels in Dublin are extremely expensive during the week of the conference. For this reason we warmly encourage you to start looking and book your accommodation in due time.
