Please note that this year we have a capacity limitation at our venue, so be sure to register on time to ensure your participation in the conference. Registrations will close on the deadline day (21 March – 12 pm CET) or earlier if we reach the limit. To ensure your attendance, please register before booking any flights or accommodation.

Once we reach the capacity limit, a waiting list will be created. Individuals on the waiting list will be contacted in the order in which they registered, should any cancellations occur. For more information please contact Beatriz Laborda.

Participation fees can be paid in the following ways:

Manual Payment by Bank Transfer before the event (preferable)
Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal and Bankcontact Systems Online at the end of the registration process
Payment by card on the spot in Tallinn

You will receive an invoice some days after your registration. Please make sure to include in your registration form all the information you need to appear on the invoice.

Please note that you can use Erasmus+ funds (STT – Staff Mobility for Training) to fund your trip.

Participation Categories

Presenters/performers Parallel Sessions/Performance Programme:
- 210€ per person
Representative AEC member institution
- 260€ per person
Representative non AEC member institution
- 410€ per person

All registrations and payments need to be done by 21 March 2025.

N.B: Please note that each single participant is required to register to the event by filling in the registration form by 21 March. After this date registrations will not be accepted. The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after the deadline.
