QWEST TV is a video service dedicated to music, giving its users access to a wide and multifaceted range of concert recordings, documentaries, archive programs and, since recently also master classes.

QWEST TV emerged from the field of jazz music and is since long promoted by renowned musicians such as Quincy Jones. In the meantime, however, the offer has expanded significantly and includes in the meantime also a broad range of examples from the areas of classical music, opera, dance, electronic, hip hop and more.In addition, the makers of QWEST have recently started an educational initiative and in this context are providing a free subscription to its educational strand Qwest TV EDU. This special offer is still open to all educational institutions worldwide until the end of the month. Hundreds of institutions have already signed-up including Harvard, Princeton, Yale and the Royal Academy of Music.
If you register up to and including 30 May 2021, each Music HEI will receive free access until 1 February 2022. The regular annual fee for institutions is around 1200 € to 1800 €, depending on the size of the institution.> Watch the Qwest TV EDU trailer
