AEC is happy to share the Health education in European music institutions survey carried out by a phd student from the ​Royal Northern College of Music, in Manchester, UK as part of a wider project called  'Musical Impact', which aims at investigating existing or recently completed health education programmes/courses aimed at music students and/or teachers in institutions that are members of the AEC.

The survey is open to all school administrators, course leaders and/or relevant persons at these higher education institutions, provided these persons play/played a key role in the design, implementation and/or evaluation of the health courses that are being described. 

AEC would like to support the student's survey, by asking the AEC members to complete the questionnaire (or forward it to the relevant person in your institution) by 1st January 2018. 

In this questionnaire, you will be asked about any programme (such as stand-alone course, modifications to an existing course, seminar, guest lecture, or other relevant activity) designed for educating student musicians and/or music teachers in your institution on health and well-being. Please refer to the 2016/2017 academic year only and think of the courses that have just been completed or have been planned during this time for the 2017/2018 academic year, then fill out the survey separately for each stand-alone health course you are describing (or individual lecture/session if your institution has not delivered or planned an entire course in this area).
