This meeting was a project wrap-up session following the completion of an opera film production. Stefano Patarino from the coordinating institution “Conservatorio di Musica C. Pollini” di Padova led the discussion, thanking all participants for their collaboration and discussing the project’s achievements, including the production of a film of Mozart’s “Così Fan Tutte” and the creation of the project website by the AEC at https://www.roleopera.com/
The representative from the teaching staff from Ghent provided feedback from a pedagogical perspective, highlighting how the project benefited students from the vocal department, who gained valuable experience working with orchestra, conductor, and stage director, while also developing confidence in classical voice abilities. The group discussed challenges encountered during the project, particularly bureaucratic issues and communication difficulties. The AEC provided communication feedback suggesting collection of testimonials and content throughout future projects.
