How should AEC respond when political conflicts and crises reach our community? Ahead of the Annual Congress, we invite all member institutions to an online session as part of our ongoing work towards a shared and transparent framework for how AEC engages with conflicts, crises and human rights situations.
This will be a listening session. Nothing will be decided on the day. We want to hear about situations that have touched your institution: what changed, what the hardest decisions were, and what you would need from AEC in such moments, as well as what AEC should be careful not to do.
The session will take place on 23 October at 11:00 AM CET
A conflict looks different depending on how directly an institution feels it, whether through its students, staff, partnerships or funding. That is why every perspective counts, from institutions close to a crisis and those further away.
