MusiQuE is pleased to announce the publication of its Strategic Plan 2026–2030, a new roadmap that will guide the organisation’s priorities, development, and activities over the next five years.

At the heart of the Strategy is MusiQuE’s mission to support performing arts institutions in strengthening their artistic and educational impact through quality enhancement, peer review and consultancy services. The Strategic Plan also sets out MusiQuE’s long-term vision for 2030: to become a globally recognised quality assurance agency; trusted, connected, and engaged with the performing arts sector.

Built around three strategic pillars, Communication, Capacity-Building, and Services, the Strategy identifies a number of key priorities for the coming years. These include increasing MusiQuE’s visibility and influence across the performing arts sector, strengthening and expanding collaborations and partnerships, developing training opportunities on quality enhancement, inspiring through resources and research and supporting organisations on their enhancement journey beyond the review process.

To effectively implement its plan, particular attention will be given across all three pillars to financial sustainability, branding, sales and marketing, professional development, internal quality assurance, digitalisation, and continued alignment with European quality assurance frameworks.

This new Strategic Plan reflects MusiQuE’s ambition to continue evolving as an organisation and its ongoing commitment to quality enhancement, international collaboration and meaningful engagement with the wider performing arts community.
