The EASY pilot project aiming at creating a common European online Applications SYstem for students and teachers exchanges within the ERASMUS and NORDPLUS programmes (EASY) is entering its second pilot year.
In order to implement the feedback collected at the end of the first year and sensibly improve the system, a new working group has been formed by selecting the most experienced and active users of EASY.

The members of the EASY group are:

  • Hanneleen Pihlak – Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, Tallinn
  • Anna Stina Sinisalo – Sibelius Academy, Helsinki
  • Jose’ Luis Fernandez – Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Vigo
  • Salvatore Gioveni – Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles – external institution
  • Lucia di Cecca – Conservatorio di Musica di Frosinone – AEC Council Member
  • Sara Primiterra – AEC Office
The group has met the Dreamapply team in Tallinn in August 2017 to closely follow up the system developments. Please join the EASY Facebook group to follow the discussion of the IRCs on the system.

The new system will be presented during the IRCs meeting in Tbilisi during an intense day dedicated to EASY where old and new users will be able to test it and join the project. The goal is to have as many as possible AEC member institutions on board in order to make this project a pioneer success in the digitalization of Erasmus procedures.
For more information about the system please contact AEC Event Manager Sara Primiterra at events@aec-music.eu.
