After a first pilot period, EASY Internal Institutions are asked to confirm or to cancel their participation to EASY Mobility Online as internal institutions by January 31st.
New institutions interested in joining the system are also welcome to subscribe to become EASY MO Internal Institutions and take advantage of all the features to manage mobility applications within the new system.

Invoices will be sent in January unless institutions expressively ask otherwise. Please note that VAT will be added to the price according to the VAT status of your institution. The fee will cover the use of the system from January to December 2024.
Please note that before starting using the system to exchange applications, internal users need to work on the General Settings, Academic Year Settings, Exchange Programmes and Semester settings. You find access to those settings by clicking on the 3 lines on the top right of the system after logging in.
Please also make sure that the International Office staff members working with the system are listed in “Persons” and are attached to a “Function” (the main and most important one being Incoming and Outgoing Coordinator – make sure that at least one person in your international office has this function). Please also have a look at your Outgoing and Incoming application forms and workflows.
Please note that it is absolutely important for internal users to make some test applications before using the system for real applications and also to let us know when you will be starting to use the system for real (your so-called “go-live” date). Should internal users experience some difficulties after reading the support material and watching the recordings of the training sessions 2023, you can always send questions to Sara Primiterra at events@aec-music.eu. Help from Mobility Online is included in the fee for up to 1h per year. After that, extra support packages need to be purchased via Mobility Online.
