Open Call – Research Participation : Students’ Experiences of Psychological Safety in the Conservatoire
Kitty Bazalgette is looking for participants to fill out her research survey for her dissertation at the Royal College of Music on the Performance Science course. This project will investigate experiences relating to psychological safety (PS) in the conservatoire. A two-stage process will be used, starting with a series of a maximum of 12 interviews followed by a questionnaire after the interview analysis.
