Hard deadline for Registration and Payment:

Due to the applicable pandemic and safety regulations, the number of in-presence participants at the AEC Annual Congress 2022 will be limited. In order to still ensure a fair distribution of places if the number of requests to attend the congress in person exceeds the number of places available, the AEC decision making bodies have adopted some measures:
– a maximum of two in-presence registrations are permitted per institution;
– country-specific reference numbers will apply**
After your registration you will be informed whether your registration has been successful (the reference number of your country has not been reached yet) or whether you are on the waiting list. You will be informed by 5 October at the latest whether your registration can still be considered or not.
The deadline to fill in the form was 19 September.
