INFORMATION ON PARTICIPATION FEES

Deadline for registration and payment:

13^th October 2025

Participation fees can be paid in the following ways:

Payment by Bank Transfer before the event (preferable)
Online Payment via Ideal, Credit Card, PayPal and Bancontact Systems Online at the end of the registration process only
If the above are not possible, payment by card on the spot in Salzburg (exception)

Please make sure to include in your registration form all the information you need to appear on the invoice. To ask for an invoice, please send an email to events@aec-music.eu.

Please note that you can use your Erasmus funds for the “organisation of mobility” to fund your trip. Should you need to use your STT funds, please contact the international office in Salzburg at international@moz.ac.at.

Participation Categories

o AEC member institutions – Staff Members: 390 euros per person (+20 euros for selected pre-congress workshops)

o AEC member institutions – Students: 120 euros per person (+20 euros for selected pre-congress workshops)

o Non-AEC member institutions: 550 euros per person (+20 euros for selected pre-congress workshops)

Registration and payments need to be completed by 13^th October 2025. It is not possible to pay a reduced fee for partial attendance at the event.

Please note that:

Each institution can register a maximum of 5 representatives, including at least 1 student
Each single participant is required to register to the event by filling in the registration form by 13th October but, should the maximum capacity of the venue be reached before, registrations might close before this date.
A separate registration procedure applies to the DEI Workshop. Similarly, please register to the MusiQuE training via the MusiQuE’s website . Additional fees apply.

The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after 20^th October.
