Hard deadline for registration 25 January
Participation fees can be paid in the following ways:
- Manual Payment by Bank Transfer before the event (preferable)
- Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal and Bankcontact Systems Online at the end of the registration process
- Payment by card on the spot in Odense
You will receive an invoice some days after your registration. Please make sure to include in your registration form all the information you need to appear on the invoice.
Please note that you can use your Eramsus funds for the “organisation of mobility” to fund your trip.
Participation Categories
In – person participation in Odense – individual fee
- AEC member institutions
- Staff (1 pax.): 230€
- Student (1 pax.): 100€
- Non AEC member institutions
- Staff (1 pax.): 400€
- Student (1 pax.): 200€
All registrations and payments need to be done by 25 January 2024
N.B: Please note that each single participant is required to register to the event by filling in the registration form by 25 January. After this date registrations will not be accepted.
The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after the deadline.
