Practical Information on Fee Payment, Travel and Hotels
Hard/fix deadline for Registration and Payment:
23rd September 2021
Participation fees can be paid in the following ways:
- Manual Payment by Bank Transfer before the event (preferable)
- Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal and Bankcontact Systems Online at the end of the registration process
- Payment by card on the spot in Trossingen
There is no early bird fee this year. All registrations and payments need to be done by 23rd September
Please make sure to include in your registration form all the information you need to appear on the invoice. Should you need an invoice, please send a request to events@aec-music.eu

N.B: Please note that each single participants is required to register to the event by filling in the registration form by 23rd September
After this date registrations will not be accepted neither for the online sessions nor for the in-person event in Trossingen
The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after September 23rd
Participation Categories
1) In – Person Participation in Trossingen
120 euro – covering 1 representative of an AEC/REMA member institution
2) Online Participation
120 euro – covering up to 5 representatives from the same AEC/REMA member institution institution
NB: if travel or gathering restrictions will make it impossible to organize a presential event in Trossingen, the in-person participation will be automatically converted in an online one and 4 more representatives of the same institutions will be able to register to the event.

Travel and Hotels
The nearest airports are Stuttgart and Zurich. Trossingen is reachable by train. Please take off at Trossingen Stadtbahnhof (NOT Trossingen Banhof, which is outside the city).
Trossingen is a small town and there are not many hotels. Therefore, we strongly advice you to book as soon as possible. You do will not have to pay in advance and normally cancellations are possible close to date with no fees. Please find the hotel details in the document below. When booking please mention the confererence at the Musikhochschule in order to get a special rate.
