Registrations are open for the 49th AEC Annual Congress 2022. The event, entitled ‘Changing perspectives – Imagine new traditions’ will take place at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse in Lyon and online on 9 – 12 November 2022. Deadline for registrations is 19 September.
Due to the applicable pandemic and safety regulations, the number of in-presence participants will be limited this year. In order to still ensure a fair distribution of places if the number of requests to attend the Congress in person exceeds the number of places available, the AEC decision-making bodies have adopted some measures:
– a maximum of two in-presence registrations are permitted per institution, although additional registrations could be included on a waiting list. Confirmation of the waiting participants will be sent by 5 October;
– country-specific reference numbers based on both the number of AEC members and the average number of participants from these countries in the past Congress will apply.
