The IRC Meeting 2023 will take place at:
Luca School Of Arts – Campus Lemmens
Address: Lemmensberg 3, 3000 Leuven
from Leuven Train Station:
- 6 minutes by taxi/car/uber
- 20-30 minutes by public transport (many buses go there, please check Google Map)
- 45 minutes walking

Travel Bursaries
Travel bursaries are available for members in need of support. Please find all information HERE.
Maximum grant awarded: 500 euro (please read carefully the conditions and requirements)
Application Deadline: 28th of August
Requests should be sent to: events@aec-music.eu and alfonsoguerra@aec-music.eu. Applications not following the requirements will not be taken into consideration
Sustainable Travels
As per the AEC Goes Green policy, participants are strongly encouraged, whenever possible, to reach Leuven by the most sustainable way of transportation in order to reduce the carbon footprint produced by the event. Thank you for helping saving the planet!
